Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use chestrush.living. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Tree Company

Chestrush Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, not by Chestrush Tree Service.

Connections Are Not Endorsements

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or outcome of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, the location, the size of the tree, access to it and other factors. Get a written quote from the provider before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. If you have questions about coverage, contact your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood and damaged buildings. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, call local emergency services first.

How Chestrush Tree Service Is Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Chestrush Tree Service when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of Content

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or has no mistakes.
