Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Chestrush Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use chestrush.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Aim
We want this website to work for as many people as we can reach. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this website may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If a part of this website is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@chestrush.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of this website. Please email contact@chestrush.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this website, we keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
